3. 4. Payment: Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly in advance). ate payments may result in suspension of services. ll prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Term and Termination: The minimum contract term is as specified in the package (e.g., 6 months).Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In case of termination by the client before the contract term, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
